The customer service was fabulous from my first phone call with Tara and help from Melanie!! If Tara didn’t know an answer she was able to find it out from her colleagues and learn the answer. I appreciate the timely and efficient service! These guys go over and above in the customer service category. Instead of putting me on hold the lady asked if I just wanted to small talk while we waited. I originally had my general liability here and then added A few endorsements and an umbrella policy and it was nothing but amazing to deal with them, the prices were good too, but after the service the price was unimportant I knew they were getting my business.
